I have had many discussions with Shop ‘n Save since I started STL Mommy and what I have found is that they care about your comments and want to make customers happy.

They will be accepting Printable Internet Coupons at all Shop ‘n Save locations.

Here is the information directly from Shop ‘n Save.

Shop ‘n Save Internet Coupon Acceptance Policy:

They will accept Printable Internet Coupons as long as the coupon is for less than than 1/2 of the purchase price for the item. All Shop ‘n Save stores have accepted this policy. If you have any problems please refer to the Manager.

Print this to take along with you to the store!

Visit the Shop ‘n Save deals page for this weeks deals!

The Crestwood store gave me grief about a Smart Source Printable. She said it wasn't verified and didn't want to accept it.

She did end up taking it. The Manager didn't want to accept it and then said only this time. It left me with a not a good feeling. So I have avoided the Crestwood Store.

If you look at a coupon from coupons.com. On the left side you will see a veri-fi symbol. That is not on the Smart Source Printables. So the Manager said they are fraud. I was shocked and upset. I knew she was wrong because I printed it directly from Smart Source.

Life got busy and I never pursued anything on this. But it has left me with an icky shameful feeling towards this store. I do go to the Chippewa store and they are great. I am not sure if I have used Smart Source coupons at that store or not. I usually don't pay attention to that.

I should go to the Crestwood store and deliberately use a Smart Source Printable and see what happens. LOL I should program SNS corporate phone number on my phone and call them from the register if there is a problem. LOL
