Fair St. Louis:
One of my favorite memories of the 4th of July was from a blanket under the Arch watching the fireworks! What an amazing site to see. If you are heading downtown here are the times and events taking place.

-Celebrate in Webster Groves
Webster Groves Community Days is an annual event to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday. The Citizen’s Committee for Community Days organizes all of the activities for the event. The Webster Groves Lions Club also holds its annual carnival and barbecue charity fundraiser during the celebration. All activities (aside from the carnival and barbecue) are free and are funded through donations from businesses, organizations, and the citizens of Webster Groves.
The 2013 Community Days celebration will run for four days from Wednesday, July 3 through Saturday, July 6 at Memorial Park (located just south of I-44 at the intersection of Elm and Glendale Avenues).

The City of Ellisville will host its Annual Independence Day Celebration in Bluebird Park on Thursday, July 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in Bluebird Park. Musical entertainment by the Smash Band!

Parade will arrive @ 11955 block of Natural Bridge Rd. at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 4th. Evening activities will begin at 6pm at the Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex at 13217 Ferguson Lane. There will be food vendors, a live band concert by Trilogy, and a spectacular fireworks show at dusk.
–Independence Day in Columbia, IL at American Legion Memorial Park:
Grounds open at 11 am, Breakfast at Legion Hall at 9 am
American Legion Memorial Park, 375 E. Locust Street
The community of Columbia bands together to form the July Fourth Committee and puts on this Independence Day celebration that features food, beer, and other refreshments, bingo, a washer tournament, a Kloepper tournament, and other entertainment. Fireworks begin at dusk.

Thurs., July 4, at White Birch Park, starting at dusk. Prior to the fireworks, a free summer outdoor concert featuring Plastic will begin at 7 pm.
