Join the Sheldon, Pulitzer, and CAM for a day of free family-friendly activities June 18th from 10am – Noon.
Visit each institution to create your very own superhero costume. Enjoy facepainting, snacks, and performances all morning.

9:30 am
Information table opens in the Sheldon’s parking lot, offering a map and schedule of activities to plan your family’s visit.
10:00 am–noon
Make a cape at CAM, a power cuff at the Pulitzer (with instructors from Perennial), and complete your costume with a crown at the Sheldon. Free facepainting is available in the shared courtyard between CAM and the Pulitzer.
10:00–10:30 am
Join DJ Grandfather Paul Stark from 88.1 KDHX’s “Musical Merry-Go-Round” for a dance party in the courtyard.
10:30–11:00 am
Chicago-based theater group Tapman performs their tap-dancing superhero act in the courtyard.
11:00–11:15 am
DJ Grandfather Paul Stark plays a second dance set for kids and families in the courtyard.
11:15 am–noon
Family-friendly rock-n-roll band The Boogers perform at the Sheldon, bringing chord-driven rock and catchy melodies.
After the concert, stop by the Evil Prints Mobile Truck for print demonstrations and fun giveaways.
Recommended for ages 3–12. Families are invited to park at The Sheldon. Complimentary snacks provided in the courtyard, and CAM’S café is open for lunch.
