Phones are incredibly versatile tools, and there’s a lot to be gained through using them, but this can easily tip over the line to the point where they’re being used at more than is healthy.
This might be something that you’ve heard again and again, but that probably doesn’t make it enough to change your attitude toward smartphones. If you examine the specific health issues that can arise from addiction, however, you might be more inclined to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
In a physical sense, you might find that your eyes are most at risk from experiencing damage. This isn’t a problem that’s unique to phones. Screens are everywhere—you might work on a laptop or computer, scroll through your phone on your break, and then go home to watch TV or play games while looking at another screen.
You need to have a reprieve, and while there are guidelines to help your eyes get more of a break while you’re working, you might find that this is enough. First of all, you might find it helpful to check where you stand in terms of your eye health.

Finally, it is important to recognize the value of music in education. This subject is often the first to suffer when budget cuts are made, but it is a key activity that can boost the creativity of students and truly inspire them.
Today, the guitar is one of the most popular musical instruments, and this should be reflected in music lessons. Students should be taught the core concepts of music theory (including scales, chords, and modes). Once they have fully understood and implemented these concepts, they should be encouraged to create and perform their own pieces of music.
In short, music lessons can inspire students to unleash their inner creativity and it can be incredibly satisfying for them to create their own music based on the musical theory knowledge they have acquired.
